Who we are
Full Circle Solar is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. Full Circle Solar and Full Circle Comfort are part of the same business, and we keep enquiries for both in one secure system. You can contact us at hello@fullcirclesolar.co.uk.
What we collect
- The details you enter in our enquiry form: your name, postcode, email address, mobile number, what you’re interested in and roughly what your electricity bill is.
- If you used our price tool before booking, the panels, battery and option you picked.
- How you found us, such as the advert or link you clicked.
- If you accept marketing cookies, information from the Meta Pixel about your visit (see our cookie policy).
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange your free Solar Survey. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To understand which adverts bring enquiries, so we spend our advertising sensibly. If you accepted marketing cookies, we share a scrambled (hashed) version of your contact details with Meta for this purpose. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our website.
We never sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing emails.
Who we share it with
If you go ahead with a survey or installation, the vetted installer we arrange for your home. They receive only what they need to survey and fit your system, such as your name, address and phone number, and work to our agreement with them.
We also use services that help us run this website and respond to you: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure database, stored in the UK (London)), Resend (sending emails), Google Workspace (our email), Cloudflare (spam protection) and, only if you consent, Meta (advertising measurement). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a customer, we delete your enquiry after 12 months. If you do, we keep your details for as long as we need them to provide and support your installation, including warranty periods.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@fullcirclesolar.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
